Study vocabulary

HSK 3.0 word lists. The vocabulary of the Chinese Proficiency Grading Standards for International Chinese Language Education (国际中文教育中文水平等级标准, GF 0025-2021), issued by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China and the State Language Commission in 2021. Words, official IDs, pinyin and parts of speech come from ivankra/hsk30, MIT License, © 2023 Ivan Krasilnikov, © 2021 Shawky, © 2021 Pleco Inc. (license), built from elkmovie/hsk30 and shawkynasr/HSK-official-Query-System (MIT).
Meanings: CC-CEDICT. English meanings come from CC-CEDICT (MDBG), licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0. Kampass shortens each entry to its first few senses, and words corrected by our reviewer may differ. These adapted meanings are shared under the same license.
Example sentences: Tatoeba. Example sentences and their English translations come from Tatoeba, licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 2.0 France. Study credits Tatoeba under its cards; each example's Tatoeba sentence number and author are kept with it in the app's word lists, so every sentence can be traced back to its author on tatoeba.org. Pinyin for the examples was added automatically, and an example edited by our reviewer is marked “Edited by Kampass”.
Example pinyin was generated with pypinyin (MIT License) when the lists were built.

Our server (not installed on your device): FastAPI (MIT), Starlette (BSD-3-Clause), Uvicorn (BSD-3-Clause), Pydantic (MIT), python-multipart (Apache-2.0), OpenAI Python library (Apache-2.0, used only to talk to Alibaba Cloud’s compatible service), python-dotenv (BSD-3-Clause), Pillow (MIT-CMU), HTTPX (BSD-3-Clause).
